This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, retain, and protect information when you use our Service. We designed this policy to be clear, specific, and honest โ because how we handle your data is how we handle your trust.

We do not collect device information, location data, browsing history, or cookies for advertising. We do not use tracking pixels in agent-sent emails.
Thread content is processed only to execute the action your agent takes โ drafting a reply, queuing a follow-up, updating a CRM record, booking a meeting. Once the action is complete and the receipt is logged, thread content is discarded from active memory. We do not retain email body content beyond the session required to complete the action.
Account data (your email, business context, tone preferences) is retained to maintain your agent configuration and calibrate future responses.
Usage data is used to track plan limits, generate weekly summary emails, and improve service reliability.
We do not train AI models on your data. Your thread content, business context, and agent interactions are never used to improve, train, or fine-tune any model โ ours or anyone else's.

Your thread content is shared only with the AI model provider necessary to generate the agent response, and with your CRM when an update action is taken. We do not sell, rent, trade, or otherwise share your data with any other third party except as required by law or to protect the safety of our users and the public.
The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from outside the US, your data may be transferred to and processed in the United States. By using the Service, you consent to this transfer. We comply with applicable data protection frameworks including the EU-US Data Privacy Framework where applicable.
The Service is not directed to individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If we become aware that we have collected data from a child under 18, we will delete it promptly.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify active subscribers via email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
