By accessing or using GetRida (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
GetRida is an AI email agent that operates on your behalf when you add Rida to an email thread. The Service reads email thread content, drafts and sends replies in your voice, queues follow-ups, updates CRM records, books calendar meetings, and sources leads — all autonomously based on the context of the thread and your configured preferences.
The Service is provided by Helius Partners, LLC ("Helius," "we," "us," or "our"), a New York-based firm.
Activation occurs when you complete a payment through our Stripe checkout and receive a welcome email. There is no traditional account or dashboard. Your Rida activation (shared inbox or a custom domain on Agency plans) serves as your activation point.

Each time you add Rida to an email thread, that counts as one activation. Your plan determines your monthly activation limit (100 for Starter, 500 for Pro, unlimited for Agency). Multi-step follow-ups on the same thread count as a single activation. Unused activations do not roll over.
All plans are billed monthly in advance through Stripe. Founding cohort pricing is locked for the lifetime of your active subscription — your rate will not increase when public pricing moves to mature rates, provided your subscription remains active without cancellation.
No refunds. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No partial-month refunds are provided.
The agent operates autonomously based on the context you provide and the content of each thread. While the agent is designed to draft replies consistent with your voice and intent, you acknowledge that:

Thread content is processed only for the duration of the action and then discarded. We do not train models on your data. We do not store your email contents beyond the active session. CRM updates are written through your existing authenticated connections. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
The Service, its underlying technology, models, and logic are the exclusive property of Helius Partners, LLC. You retain ownership of all content you provide (business context, tone preferences, email thread content). Agent-generated replies are considered work product created on your behalf and you hold license to use them.
We strive for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, updates, and circumstances beyond our control may cause temporary interruptions. We will provide notice of planned maintenance when reasonably possible.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms, with notice where circumstances permit. Upon termination, your agent will cease processing threads, and CRM integrations will be disconnected. We will retain no thread content after termination.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helius Partners, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, regardless of the cause of action or theory of liability. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Helius Partners, LLC from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any applicable law or third-party right.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify active subscribers via email of material changes at least 30 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
